Building hemispheric alliances to resist collapse socio-environmental.

NOVEMBER 21 AND 22, 2024
CAMPUS

UNIVERSITY OF GUADALAJARA- CENTRO UNIVERSITARIO DE CIENCIAS ECONÓMICO ADMINISTRATIVAS. JALISCO, MÉXICO.

The celebration of the V Congreso Regular de la Sociedad Mesoamericana y de El Caribe de Economía Ecológica y del Encuentro Latinoamericano de Economía Ecológica under the motto “Building Hemispheric Alliances for Resistance to Socio-Environmental Collapse” emerges as an essential response to the urgent call to integrate a hemispheric community of reflection and action to address the socio-environmental collapse of our times. To successfully face the great survival risks in our countries, we must know each other in-depth and understand that we are all part of the same common and shared reality.

It is not possible to confront hemispheric processes of socio-environmental deterioration with national strategies.
