The Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University, seeks a post-doctoral researcher in Spatial Statistics/Econometrics to work within the ecoSERVICES Group beginning July 1, 2011. The successful applicant will work with Charles Perrings, Ann Kinzig and Silvio Simonit on a TRIF-funded project involving the spatially explicit modeling, mapping and valuation of ecosystem service flows in Arizona, U.S.A. Candidates should have earned a Ph.D. in an appropriate field at the time of application. Desired qualifications include familiarity with GIS software and experience with hedonic valuation methods. Salary in the range $50,000-$60,000 annually.
