I am Yin Jingyu, a second-year PhD student from the Department of Population, Resource and Environmental Economics, School of Economics, Peking University.

I have been studying in Ecological Economics for about 4 years since I was a sophomore. I have taken course Ecological Economics by Professor Ji Xi, Advanced Resource and Environmental Economics by Professor Zhang Bo, and many other courses with respect to ecology, environment and economics.

I worked as a TA in Prof. Ji’s summer school course Intro to Chinese Economy in July 2023, and got along well with global students in academic exchange about Chinese economy.

I have excellent academic performance and was awarded with the learning excellence award of Peking University for several times during my undergraduate study. I was also nominated as outstanding graduate of Peking University in 2022.

I have great interest in Ecological Economics and I am strongly willing to participate in the activities and academic communications of the International Society for Ecological Economics as a member of ISEE student council.
