The Third International Meeting of Chairs of Economics and Environment is organized by the Argentine-Uruguayan Association of Ecological Economics, in this case in conjunction with the National University of Villa María (Córdoba, Argentina) and the Center for Studies of Environmental Planning of the Territory (CEOAT). The Meeting will take place on November 17 and 18, 2022 under the modality Face.
The International Meeting of Chairs of Economics and Environment proposes to generate a plural and interdisciplinary meeting space with the aim of building and collectively agreeing on an agenda of changes and continuities in the
programs, classes, and lines of research that are developed in academic institutions in the region.
This impulse arises as a continuation of the First International Meeting of Chairs of Economics and Environment held in 2018 at the National University of Rosario, and the II International Meeting of Chairs of Economics and Environment held virtually with the National University of Luján and the National University of General Sarmiento during 2020. In them, it was proposed as a line of action the realization of a new meeting in which study programs and pedagogical modalities were discussed, in order to begin to build a more solid consensus on the approach to the relations between Economy and Environment.
